In the Curriculum area, click the activity name.
To require retraining based off of the last activity completion:
Select the option <number> days after last completion.
Under Period type the number of days in the activity certification period. For example, if the activity must be retaken in a year, type 365.

To require retraining based off of an anniversary date:
Select the option Retrain every [number] year(s) on the anniversary date.
Specify the number of years.
Enter a number greater than zero in the Grandfather activity if previously taken [number] days prior to the activity's expiration date field if completions prior to the requirement expiration data are satisfactory for the current curriculum.
Note Activities using anniversary retraining will not be displayed in real-time training needed screens and notifications until the activity can be completed to fulfill the requirement.
Click Save.
