Change a Learner's Status

When a learner resigns or goes on a leave of absence, you must change his or her status to Inactive. By changing the status of former learners rather than deleting their records, you'll retain their training information for historical reports. InAbility LMSs do not, however, appear on training needed reports.

  1. Select the Learner's Detail screen.

  2. To make the learner inactive, clear the Active check box.

    To make the learner active, select the Active check box.

  3. Click Save.

  4. If the learner is resigning a position, edit the Job Role Assignment and enter an End Date.
