From the left navigation, click Login/Logout.
In the Login ID box, type your ID. If you do not know what it is, contact your Ability LMS administrator.
In the Password box, type your password.
Click Login.
Always log out of the Management Center anytime you will be away from your computer for an extended period, at the end of the day and before another user logs in to the same computer.
From the left navigation, click Login/Logout.
Click Logout.
A message asks if you are sure you want to log out. Click OK.
Notes:
You do not have to log in to read documentation that is accessible on the Management Center Guide. However, you must log in before you can view the list screens under the Training Records Management channel.
Logging in to the Management Center also logs you in to the Learning Center.
If someone is already logged in to the computer, you must log out as that user before you can log in as yourself.
Depending on your company's policy, you may be prompted to enter a new password when you log in to Ability LMS the first time.
Your company may have implemented restrictions on the reuse of passwords. Contact your Ability LMS administrator for more information.
After a specified number of failed attempts to log in, you may be locked out of the system. Contact your Ability LMS administrator for details on your company's lockout policy.
