Perform a Query

1. Select the list screen you wish to query.

2. Click Filter.

3. Filter the records.

4. Click Apply. The screen shows the fields you selected for the filtered list of records.

5. Click Query To.

6. From the menu, click the question you want answered about this set of records. The appropriate list screen is displayed.

7. optional: Continue the above steps to narrow your query.
