Job Role Qualifications by Job Role

The Job Role Qualifications by Job Role report indicates which learners are qualified to hold each job role.

To print the report

  1. Display the Job Role List.

  2. Click Filter to select which jobs will be included on this report.

  3. Click Query To and select Learners who currently hold these jobs. The Learner List is displayed.

  4. If desired, click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.

  5. Click Query To and select Job Role qualifications for these learners. The Job Role Qualifications List is displayed.

  6. Click Filter to select the As Of date. (Select Yes under the Qualified As Of date range to include only qualified learners.)

    Tip If you expect to produce this report again in the future, save the query procedure now. The next time you run the report, you won't have to repeat the previous steps.

  7. On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.

  8. Click Job Role Qualifications by Job Role.
