The Training Completion List by Activity report indicates which learners have taken each revision of an activity. This report was previously called the Training Delivered by Activity report.
To print the report
Display the Activity List.
Click Filter to select which activities will be included on this report.
Click Query To and select Job Roles that require these activities. The Job Role List is displayed.
If desired, click Filter to select which jobs will be included on this report.
Click Query To and select Learners who currently hold these jobs. The Learner List is displayed.
If desired, click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.
Click Query To and select Training Completion for these learners. The Training Completion List is displayed.
Click Filter and select the activities that should be included in this report (same activities selected in step 2).
Tip If you expect to produce this report again in the future, save the query procedure now. The next time you run the report, you won't have to repeat the previous steps.
On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.
Point to Training Completion List by Activity.
Click either Training Completion List by Activity Code or Training Completion List by Activity Title.
