Training Completions by Instructor

The Training Completion List by Instructor report indicates which learners have taken activities taught by a particular instructor. This report was previously called the Training Delivered by Instructor report.

To print the report

  1. Display the Instructor List.

  2. Click Filter to select the instructors to include on this report.

  3. Click Query To and select Activities these instructors can teach.

  4. If desired, click Filter to select which activities will be included on this report.

  5. Click Query To and select Job Roles that require these activities. The Job Role List is displayed.

  6. If desired, click Filter to select which jobs will be included on this report.

  7. Click Query To and select either Learners who currently hold these jobs or Learners who have ever held these jobs. The Learner List is displayed.

  8. If desired, click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.

  9. Click Query To and select Training Completion for these learners. The Training Completion List is displayed.

  10. Click Filter. In the Activity Code box, type the ID of an activity that was delivered (from step 4). In the Instructor ID box, type the ID of the instructor selected in step 2.

    Tip If you expect to produce this report again in the future, save the query procedure now. The next time you run the report, you won't have to repeat the previous steps.

  11. On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.

  12. Point to Training Completion List by Instructor.

  13. Click either Training Completion List by Instructor ID or Training Completion List by Instructor Name.
