The Training Completion List by Job Role report lists all training received by learners currently holding the specified job role. This report was previously called the Training Delivered by Job Role report.
To print the report
Display the Job Role List.
Click Filter to select which jobs will be included on this report.
Click Query To and select Learners who currently hold these jobs. The Learner List is displayed.
If desired, click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.
Click Query To and select Training Completion for these learners. The Training Completion List is displayed.
Tip If you expect to produce this report again in the future, save the query procedure now. The next time you run the report, you won't have to repeat the previous steps.
On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.
Click Training History List by Job Role.
