Job Role Qualifications by Learners

The Job Role Qualifications by Learner report indicates which jobs each learner is currently qualified to hold.

To print the report

  1. Display the Learner List.

  2. Click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.

  3. Click Query To and select Job Role qualifications for these learners. The Job Role Qualifications List is displayed.

  4. Click Filter to select the As Of date. (Select Yes under the Qualified As Of date range to include only qualified learners.)

    Tip If you expect to produce this report again in the future, save the query procedure now. The next time you run the report, you won't have to repeat the previous steps.

  5. On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.

  6. Point to Job Role Qualifications by Learner.

  7. Click either Job Role Qualifications by Learner ID or Job Role Qualifications by Learner Name.
