Training Needed by Learner

The Training Needed by Learner report identifies which activities a learner needs to be qualified for each job role he or she currently holds.

To print the report

1. Display the Learner List.

2. Click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.

3. Click Query To and select Training needed for these learners. The Training Needed List is displayed.

4. Click Filter to select the As Of date.

   Tip If you expect to produce this report again in the future, save the query procedure now. The next time you run the report, you won't have to repeat the previous steps.

5. On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.

6. On the report list, click either Training Needed List by Learner ID or Training Needed List by Learner Name.
