Training and Job Role Assignment Report

The Job Role and Training Completion report lists the training received by learners while holding a particular job role. A similar report, Training Completion List by Job Roles, lists all training received by learners currently holding the specified job role.

To print the report

1. Display the Learner List.

2. Click Filter to select which learners will be included on this report.

3. On the Ability LMS toolbar, click Reports.

4. Point to Job Role and Training Completion.

5. Click either Job Role and Training Completion by Learner ID or Job Role and Training Completion by Learner Name.
